Tractor (Tractography with R) is a software program that enables users to read, write, and view magnetic resonance images (MRI) in Analyze, NIfTI, and DICOM file formats. It also includes functions specifically designed for working with diffusion MRI and tractography, such as a standard implementation of the neighbourhood tractography approach to white matter tract segmentation.
